Air Crew - Disruptive Passenger & Conflict Management Cost: The cost for the Option 1 CMS delivery is £495.00 for a group of up to 16 persons, fully inclusive of all training materials & handouts. Target Group: Experienced cabin crew & flight deck training instructors Details: This course provides all the skills required to deliver the one day disruptive passenger and conflict management course, including delivery of the practical techniques for personal safety skills and full restraint:
Ground Services - Conflict Management Duration: 1 day Cost: £495.00 for a group of up to 16 persons, fully inclusive of all training materials & handouts. Travel Representative - Conflict Management & Personal Safety Duration: 1 day Cost: £495.00 for a group of up to 16 persons, fully inclusive of all training materials & handouts. Our trainers have significant knowledge of the unique environment on board an aircraft where the safety of passengers and crew is paramount. Delegates will learn the key skills needed to defuse conflict at an early stage and reduce the chances of conflict escalating. They will also learn a safe and effective method of fully restraining a passenger who presents a danger to the aircraft.
