CMS Training Ltd is an independent training company that provides training solutions to private and public organisations across a wide range of sectors. We are specialists in conflict management and resolution training and have developed an exciting and innovative programme of courses for those staff who deal with challenging behaviour as part of their work. We recruit experienced and dedicated trainers with specialist knowledge and experience of the sector within which they deliver and support them with high quality learning materials, designed in house and bespoke to the client’s needs. Our trainers undertake continued professional development and are subjected to a stringent review and assessment process that ensures high standards are maintained.

From our base in London we are able to deliver our training at any location worldwide and have a wide client base which ranges from small private companies to large multi-national brands. 

We are now a recognised National Open College Network training (NOCN) centre and deliver their Security Industry Authority (SIA) related qualifications across the UK. Using trainers with extensive experience and qualifications within Security Guarding, Door Supervision and CCTV control room operations, we have achieved excellent feedback and very high achievement results for the SIA examinations. 

Director of Training - Neil Jobes

A former Training Manager in the Metropolitan Police Service, Neil has designed and delivered training in an extremely wide range of subjects including Law, Performance Management, Investigative Interviewing Techniques, Diversity, Race Relations, Equal Opportunities, Train the Trainer, Conflict Management, Communication Skills and Assertiveness Skills.  Neil is a graduate of the UK Home Office school of Community & Race Relations at Turvey, Bedfordshire and holds a Cert Ed. in Post Compulsory Education & Training from the University of Greenwich , London . Neil is also director of a marine training company specialising in training and licensing of commercial & leisure skippers. He is also a college lecturer.

Director of Operations - Patrick Donovan

A former police regional self defence & public order trainer and Security Manager for Wembley Stadium in London, Patrick began specialising in private sector Conflict Resolution training in 1995 and went on to become an expert within the aviation and security fields. He has worked with many major airlines and security organisations around the world and also been involved in projects with the UK Department of Transport. Patrick became Director of Operations for CMS Training in 2003 and has helped to develop a wide range of training solutions for coping with challenging behaviour. He is still a practising trainer and college lecturer, and achieves extremely high ratings from independently verified feedback.
