Managing Challenging Behaviour - A Workshop for School Support Staff & Teaching Assistants

This one-day workshop will consider ways of managing situations involving children who are angry, aggressive or who display other types of challenging behaviour.  Delegates will develop an understanding of the legal framework in which staff operate and there will be an emphasis on strategies for negotiation and de-escalation in difficult situations.

Duration: 1 day

Cost: £99.00 per person, fully inclusive of all training materials, handouts, coffee & lunch or provided at your location as an INSET day at £695.00 for up to 16 persons.

Location: At venues around the UK or INSET at any other suitable venue of your choice. See current list of course dates.
