A Workshop for those that work alone either on or off-site

A one day course for those working alone or in vulnerable situations where personal safety is paramount.  Develops the skills needed to manage & assess risk, defuse & resolve incidents and disengage from high risk encounters. 

Duration: 1 day

Cost: £95.00 per person, fully inclusive of all training materials, handouts, coffee & lunch or provided at your location as an in-house training day at £595.00 for up to 16 persons.

Location: At venues around the UK or in-house at any other suitable venue of your choice.

Target Group: The course is aimed at all staff engaged in employment activity where all or part of their work is unaccompanied, either on or off the organisations premises, such as:

  • Environmental Health

  • Recognising, Assessing & Managing Risk
  • Street awareness
  • Case studies on common scenarios
  • Understanding the physiological & emotional aspects of aggression
  • Defusing & de-escalating strategies
  • The legal framework for self defence
  • Personal safety & disengagement skills
